o Atten – (Only on BC245XLT) The status of the Attenuate flag for the active channel.

o Priority – The status of the Priority flag for the active channel.

o Active Banks – The radio banks currently set as active.

• Talkgroup Info – Trunked Banks Section – Displays detail information about the currently

active Talkgroup Location when in Trunked Scan and Manual modes.

o TG Loc – The active Talkgroup Location within the Trunked Bank.

o Bank – The active bank number.

o TG ID – The active Talkgroup ID.

o Priority –The status of the Priority flag for the active Talkgroup Location.

o Tag – The alphanumeric tag stored in the ScanControl Memory Area for the active

Talkgroup Location.

o Active SLists - The Scan Lists currently set as active within the Trunked Bank.

o Control Channel Status Bar – Displays the status of the Control Channel for the

Trunked Banks being scanned. If no Control Channel is being received the bar displays a

Red status, otherwise it displays Green.

• Frequency Displays Section –

o Entered – Displays frequency information when using the keypad to manually enter

frequency values. Also displays SCAN and Id SCAN status messages when the radio is

in Conventional and Trunked Scanning modes and is not stopped on an active Channel or

Talkgroup Location.

o Upper Limit – Displays the upper limit frequency when entered manually using the

Limit key when setting up a Search range.

o Lower Limit - Displays the lower limit frequency when entered manually using the

Limit key when setting up a Search range.

• Scanner Section (BC895XLT Only) – BC895XLT Scanner control buttons that mimic the keys

located on the scanner keypad. See the BC895XLT Operating Guide for details on how to use

these keys.

• Search Section (BC895XLT Only) - BC895XLT Scanner search buttons that mimic the search

range keys located on the scanner keypad. See the BC895XLT Operating Guide for details on

how to use these keys.

• Control Section (BC895XLT Only) - BC895XLT Scanner control buttons that mimic the

scanner function keys located on the scanner keypad. See the BC895XLT Operating Guide for

details on how to use these keys.

• Bank Section(BC895XLT Only) - BC895XLT Scanner bank selection buttons that mimic the

bank selection keys located on the scanner keypad. See the BC895XLT Operating Guide for

details on how to use these keys.

• Keypad Section – Replicates all the BC245XLT, BC895XLT and PRO2052 keypad functions

except those provided by depressing a key for an extended period of time. The key press hold

functions are instead performed automatically by the ScanControl Bank upload and

programming modes.

• Search / Scan Hits Section – Provides display and function control of the Scan / Search Hits

feature of ScanControl.

o Search / Scan Hit List Window – Display list that gets populated with detailed

information about individual Scan and Search Hits. Each line contains specific

information about the Hit event. The check box □ on the left side of each Hit event can

be used to flag a particular Hit event by the user. The user clicks on the checkbox to flag
